About YKYA
Our program combines art expression and yoga for children. Children's yoga is a fun and innovate way for children to explore and appreciate their accademic and creative potential. The creative art uses thier power of their self-expression to promote their inner peace and well being. Our lesson is taught by both English and Japanese.

About me
I am a mother of two daughters. I have been an artist, Hideko Noguchi since I was young and taught international children an art when I lived in NY and Hong Kong. Little Hands Big Art.
I have started paracticing yoga as I got thyroid disease from stress by living overseas and realized yoga makes me strong not only physically but also mentally. I have also found out there are many points which is common between art and yoga. They both lead you to self-awareness and make you very creative on your own style!!

Yoga for Adult - bilingual lesson
No yoga experience? Please don't worry. Yoga is not for making perfect poses. Yoga is a method you can look inside of yourself and explore your unlimited ability.
My lesson has very realx and cheerful mood everyone appreciate for each other!!
